3. After the 1-year warranty period, our company provides lifetime paid maintenance and after-sales service. The ownership of the repaired machine belongs to the dealer, and the corresponding accessories and maintenance costs need to be paid at the same time. (For details, please refer to the accessory cost schedule) and all logistics costs shall be borne by the distributor.

 

4. If the customer loses the vulnerable parts if they are not received, they need to be purchased and replaced by the customer during use. Wearable parts: (tyre kit, brake kit, mudguard, front light, etc.)

If the failure is not caused by quality problems, even during the warranty period, our company is only responsible for providing after-sales service, but does not bear any related costs.
